The Leader as the cause of the problem

Have you considered the possibility that you are a part of the problem? It takes two to tango and a fight is often caused by both sides - at least in some degree. Actually, some say that all business problems stem from manager's personal challenges.

At the RichGee group they boldly claim:

A huge part of change is Leadership standing up, taking responsibility and initiate action. It is the antithesis of procrastination. Almost all self-improvement programs, such as AA's 12 step program, centers on accepting responsibility and pledging to do something about it.
In coaching, one of the most commonly used tools is the "GROW" method, where:
What do you think? Are you willing to do something to change, or are you a procrastinator? Do you feel that there is a link between action and well-being?
