Maybe emotions in management is like the wind bringing the parachute towards the sky, and the Corporate Governance policy, the wire keeping us within control and acceptable levels of risk.

As I'm preparing a motivational speech for a customer, I can but reflect on the enormous importance of managing feeling - fear freezes the mind and weakens the body, motivation and loyality makes you go the extra mile effortlessly.
