My current experiment with Open Management

I can testify that Open Management takes guts. Within the Facila project we decided to provide space for a community - to put all students and teachers in direct contact with each other. The objective is to crowdsource the development of suggestions for private and public incentives within education and training.

Technically we have a blog, a forum, email lists, pages on LinkedIn and Facebook, and more - now we will see if we have what it takes to keep up with the discussion.

What makes it Open Management is the voluntary support of many - logos, sites and messages will need continous improvement, as suggested and implemented by many, based on deep trust. Fingers crossed.
