Tip: Know the five things that make you happy

The New Economics Forum (NEF) was commissioned by the British Government to review some 400 scientific articles on what brings wellbeing - the answer is clear and short, only five things are needed:

1. Connect with friends and loved ones
2. Be active, walk, dance and exercise
3. Take notice of the world around you
4. Keep learning, be curious and study
5. Give, you are far more satisfied giving than receiving

The facila project answers many of these needs, we are now learning how to handle volunteers in a for profit company, the experiment goes on.
